Ron is wonderful! Last year I experienced I experienced something that I did not even know existed. Constructive Eviction. I needed help immediately in order to get the construction stopped so that I could get back into my house, pack, and move. Talks with Ron fortified me with information and the power to speak up to the injustice. And his letters to the new owners clarified the situation and called them out on the many violations of the law. The interactions with Ron and his team were extremely thorough. Ron even took his time to review piece by piece each section of the estate documents being prepared and even elaborated with examples when something was not clear (without the need for me to continue asking). It was refreshing to receive that kind of service for someone like myself who is interested in knowing all of the details. Overall, very nice to work with and easy to talk to over the phone/virtually.
