Ron is wonderful! Last year I experienced I experienced something that I did not even know existed. Constructive Eviction. I needed help immediately in order to get the construction stopped so that I could get back into my house, pack, and move. Talks with Ron fortified me with information and the power to speak up to the injustice. And his letters to the new owners clarified the situation and called them out on the many violations of the law.
