Apple Payne Law, PLLC is excited to announce we are opening a second office location, focused primarily on real estate closings and estate planning services in the Mitchell Prime Building, located at 190 Charlois Blvd, Winston-Salem, NC 27103. In addition to serving the clients of Mitchell Prime Properties, our Winston-Salem office will serve any real estate closing needs for brokers, realtors and individuals in Forsyth County and the surrounding area. The office will be led by attorneys real estate lawyer Raven Ash & CEO & Managing Partner Ron Payne.

Rather than having to go through realtors and administrative assistances, the Qualia App allows buyers and sellers to directly input and verify key information such as name spellings, property addresses and other key data – speeding up turnaround time on your closings and ensuring accuracy by reducing redundant typing.

The Winston-Salem office will be open by appointment only for now, with a grand opening expected in February 2022.
